What payment methods are accepted?
We accept GCash, Maya, GrabPay, credit/debit card, and PayPal.
How much is the shipping fee and which courier will you use?
- Shipping fee is 70php for orders within the Metro Manila and 90php for orders outside Metro Manila.
- We will ship out your orders via LBC Express with tracking numbers.
- Orders within Metro Manila will arrive in 1-2 days while orders outside of the metro will vary between 3-7 days.
When will I receive my order?
After placing an order and payment is confirmed, we’ll proceed in packing your order within 2 to 3 days. Should there be any delays we will be sure to reach out and let you know via e-mail.
What if I receive a damaged product?
You can be sure that all items are in their best condition and will be packed securely to withstand moderate transit shocks. If your order is damaged in any way, please feel free to reach out at hello.strangertin@gmail.com so we can discuss the incident further.
Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?
Since we’re a very small business that also has to spend for production, all items are marked as "final sale" (non-returnable or non-exchangeable) once delivered to the buyer. Returns, refunds and cancellations are not allowed.
